| A. | Yes. We do not accept hazardous goods into storage, plants, animals or perishable items. We request that all goods are clean and dry when brought into storage. |

| A. | If your effects are worth storing then they are worth insuring. With household effects, your present policy could be extended or again we can recommend. |
